Ruihui Straight-Line Stamping Feeder & Press System

This automated production line feeds metal coils directly into a large stamping press in one smooth, straight path:

• Loads and unwinds coils: A hydraulic coil car carries metal rolls onto the main reel, which spins to let out the material safely.
• Straightens and guides: Heavy rollers flatten out bends and push the metal sheet across the middle support bridge into the feeder.
• Stamps components: The large open-frame press stamps and forms the flat metal sheet into finished parts with high accuracy.
